Mr. Mullen is the CEO of Frontline Entertainment Inc as one of three founding stockholders. He produced three motion picture films for distribution by raising private capital. 

From 1993 to 1997, Mr.Mullen was Executive Vice President and General Manager of Metalex, a Chicago based steel manufacturing division of the half-billion dollar NASDAQ traded Jason Incorporated. He doubled the division sales and achieved a 30% return on invested capital.

From 1989 to 1993, he was a Director and the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the parent company, Metalex Industries, and the operating company, Metalex Corporation. He completed 5 acquisitions of manufacturing companies with management and investment partners Code Hennessy and Simmons. The resulting company was sold to the Milwaukee based Jason incorporated in 1993.at a significant multiple.

In 1989, Mr.Mullen managed the sale of the privately held Metalex Corporation to management and the private Chicago investment firm of Code, Hennessy, and Simmons. Mr.Mullen lead the management group. Upon completion of the sale, he was elected to the Board of Directors and became Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the newly formed holding company Metalex Industries. He joined the private Metalex Corporation in 1988 to prepare it for sale.

Mr. Mullen held various accounting and finance positions with several Chicago area private and public companies including Foulds Incorporated, Business Interiors Inc. and Union Tank Car Company.

He is a Vietnam veteran having served in the United States Navy. Upon his discharge, he attended Loyola University of Chicago, evenings, finishing in 1982.
